- Flipzii acts as a marketplace dealer and intermediary service that assists customers in sourcing
products and services, obtaining quotations, comparing offers, and negotiating with sellers,
suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Flipzii will use reasonable efforts to help customers obtain competitive and fair market pricing;
however, Flipzii does not guarantee the lowest price, specific savings, product availability, seller
acceptance, or successful transaction outcomes.
- All final decisions regarding purchases, pricing, warranties, specifications, delivery, and
agreements remain between the customer and the seller or service provider
- Flipzii is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, safety, legality, condition, performance, or
suitability of any product or service offered by third parties
- By submitting an enquiry, you authorize Flipzii to share your information with relevant sellers,
suppliers, dealers, contractors, and service providers for the purpose of obtaining quotations and
facilitating your request.
- You consent to being contacted by Flipzii and its business partners via phone, email, SMS, or
other communication methods regarding your enquiry
- Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and verifying all quotations,
products, services, warranties, licenses, and transaction details before making a purchase
- Users must not submit false, misleading, unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate content
through the Platform
- Flipzii reserves the right to reject, remove, modify, suspend, or terminate any enquiry or user
access at its sole discretion
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flipzii shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential, or financial losses arising from the use of the Platform or any transaction with third
parties
- Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flipzii, its owners, employees, affiliates, and
partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of the
Platform or violation of these Terms
- Flipzii may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of the Platform
constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada
